Sabrina is a newly registered Massage Therapist, having graduated in 2024 from Oxford College of Arts, Business and Technology. Before becoming an RMT, she spent 14 years as a Personal Support Worker, with most of her career focused on rehabilitation services. That experience gave her a strong passion for helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. In her treatments, she enjoys incorporating fascial work, mobilizations, and relaxation techniques to create a balanced, restorative experience. As a new RMT, she is excited to continue learning and expanding her skills with new modalities. Outside of work, you'll often find Sabrina camping, exploring the outdoors, and recharging in nature.
