Erin joined the Healica Massage Therapy team in 2020 as an Office Administrator at our Orillia clinic. Erin worked as an Elementary school teacher and an Early Childhood Educator prior to pursuing a career within the natural health field. She completed her Bachelor of Arts at York University and then continued her studies at Sheridan College, earning a diploma in Early Childhood Education. She then completed her Bachelor of Education in Buffalo, New York at Medaille College. Although Erin thoroughly enjoyed working as a teacher, after starting a family and staying at home with her children, she decided to pursue her other passion, natural health. Prior to joining the Healica Massage Therapy team, Erin worked in customer service as a Nutritional Consultant providing individuals with expert knowledge and advice on natural health supplements and healthy living choices. She has earned certification in Nutritional Fundamentals through the Alive Natural Health Academy and designation as a Certified Natural Product Advisor through the Canadian Health Food Association She also has training and an excellent understanding of essential oils and their every day and therapeutic uses. Erin has always enjoyed educating and helping others and is happy to offer her advice and share her knowledge. Away from work you can find her spending time with her family, camping, hiking, or relaxing by the lake.
