Meet Tanya, one of our Administrators. She's always happy to see you and her outgoing personality is sure to put you at ease. Having worked in customer service-focused positions for several years, she enjoys building great relationships with customers and fellow employees. While home for a few years after the birth of her second child, she decided to take a leap and fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a Medical Office Administrator. Having completed the MOA program in 2021 through Niagara College, she held a few receptionist positions before joining Healica Massage Therapy. Away from work, Tanya is busy spending time with her family, exercising her green thumb and keeping her skills up to date with career-related courses. Fun fact: Tanya is an accomplished professional nail artist and has had her work published in nail industry magazines.
